1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Axofy, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using Axofy on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Use Axofy for lawful purposes only
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or bypass the service
• Respect others and avoid uploading harmful or illegal content
• Keep your account secure

3. AI Content Usage

You're responsible for the use of AI-generated content. Axofy doesn’t guarantee accuracy or originality. Review everything before use.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

All payments are handled by third-party processors. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. No refunds unless explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

Axofy owns the platform infrastructure. However, content generated by users is fully owned by the user.

6. Prohibited Use

• No hate, violence, or misinformation
• No violation of others’ rights
• No malicious or harmful content
• No abusive automation or overload attempts

7. Limitation of Liability

Axofy is “as-is.” We’re not liable for content issues, damages, or downtime.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate misuse. You can request account deletion via [email protected].

9. Changes to Terms

We may update terms anytime. Continued use means you accept changes.
